Thank goodness they're not ACTUALLY related. Although the ~forbidden love~ element is totally one of those trashy romance things. And then it turns out they're not related at all because the vicar slept with the prostitute and this other couple adopted the baby because they thought they couldn't reproduce but then when little Tomoyuki was 6 MamaRyo became pregnant and out popped little Ryota but they let them believe they were brothers all along...
