[Team 2] Sorcery and Shenanigans
Choosing any word I wanted to start with was really hard (since I'd be so spoilt for choice) so I figured I'd start with a word picked at random from
crazy_otaku911's fic.
Werewolves, anybody knows, are good friends to have around - they're loyal, friendly, and rather harmless save that one day each month.
Kitayama swears he'll hunt down whoever said that first, because Fujigaya is definitely not that kind of werewolf. Sure, he's loyal, but his friendliness is limited to a tiny tiny circle of friends and his time of the month invariably lasts one and a half weeks, for some inexplicable reason.
He never understands how they ended up with Fujigaya in the center of their small social circle. Tamamori's horns shake a little as he throws back his head and laughs, suggesting that it's probably because Kitayama's glowy aura kind of looks like moonlight.
Kitayama huffs - it's not his fault that the family of poltergeists he was descended from just so happened to have a common trait of glowing lie nobody's business.
"All werewolves are like that," Miyata assures him, and Kitayama resists the urge to inform the grinning fox spirit that there are at least 15 other werewolves in the Academy of Magic that are nicer than Fujigaya.
But then Fujigaya waltzes in and spits out barbed comments about how atrocious Yokoo's shirt is (ignoring the elf's scowl) and how Senga's hair looks like steel wool (to which Nikaido narrows his eyes, revealing who'd been Senga's hairdresser for the morning), and yet before anyone else can get a word in he sighs and declares that he's treating them all to lunch.
His friendship with Fujigaya is unexplainable, Kitayama muses, but Fujigaya is as much of a mystery.
NOTE:
Kitayama: Poltergeist
Fujigaya: Werewolf
Tamamori: Sheep spirit
Miyata: Fox spirit
Yokoo: Elf
Senga: Vampire
Nikaido: Kraken
and they all go to magical high school together :D OR SOMETHING
i am so sorry this like makes no sense
