[Team 1] Mayonaka no Shadow Boy
Don't know where this came from...
Alone.
None of the others were left. They had all been swallowed by the darkness, been caught by their faceless pursuers, hunters.
Lonely.
After having been in such a large group, being all by himself suddenly made him feel very lonely, vulnerable even. It wasn’t a pleasant feeling.
Solitary.
He didn’t have a choice though. He had to continue. He had to fight - for his own sake, for the others as well. They would have wanted him to fight until the bitter end.
His heart was racing. The darkness was drawing closer and closer. Where was it coming from? Where would they be coming from?
Taking a step back, he tried to look around once more. They were close. He knew they were. He could feel them. They weren’t making a secret of being around but they were very good at hiding themselves, hiding their presence until it was too late.
“Look over here, Cherry,” somebody whispered into his ear.
Wide eyed and with a silent scream on his lips, Yamada, too, was pulled into the darkness.
