[Team Three] Mornings

Still hopped on antibiotics so uh I don't know what you can expect from this.

“Chapters 1 through 10 aren’t all that good but after that the drawing style and story really pick up and it you get hooked so badly you won’t be able to put it down until you reach the end of it. I stayed up all night to read it.” Fukazawa told Iwamoto and yawned as if to emphasize his point. “Ugh, such a bad idea. That’s all your fault, stupid Sakuma!”

Sakuma looked up from where he was looking at make-up goods the staff were laying out. He walked over to Fukazawa and Iwamoto? “What is it?” He walked from one to the other and back and tilted his head to and and then the other side. He was almost skipping or hopping a bit as he moved. “What did I do?”

“Stay still for a second so I can kick you!” Fukazawa whined but then gave up and let his head flop down onto the table. “Ugh, so much energy this early in the morning!”

“Sit.” Iwamoto decided and tugged on Sakuma’s sleeve to pull the shorter male into the chair next to his. Then he went back to nursing his coffee.

“Where do you get that much energy? You must be like, the only person in the whole agency who manages to be a morning person.” Watanabe grumbled from where he was half sitting on his chair and half sitting on Miyadate. He was also still fully clothed - the surest sign that he was too tired to do anything. Even taking off his clothes.

Before anyone could say anything else, the door opened and a voice filled the room.

“GOOD MORNING!”

Footsteps could be heard and they sped up as they came closer to the table where Snow Man were sitting. “Good morning everyone! How are you today! Ah, I bet you’re awesome today as well. Woah Abe-kun is studying?” The other moved on to the next person. “Ooh Date-sama, you look cool today, too!” His eyes drifted over to the other side, the person sitting on Miyadate’s ‘free’ side (aka the one Watanabe wasn’t occupying). “Iwamoto-kun, did you muscles get bigger again? Woah!” He bounced around the table onto the other side for some reason then. “Ooh Fukazawa-kun, your hair looks really nice. You need to tell me a good hairstylist in Tokyo.” Then finally his face lit up with an even bigger smile than before - if possible - and he called out, “Sakuma-kuuuun! Hiiii!”

“Correction. There’s only one other person in the agency who might be worse than you are.” Watanabe groaned. “Whose great idea was it to let the two of you meet again?”

“Watanabe-kun! Your tongue’s sharp as always!” Hirano waved and grinned at all of them. “I just wanted to say hello. We’re shooting next door right now.”

“Uhm, acknowledged. People probably heard you three floors up.” Watanabe rolled his eyes.

Miyadate patted Watanabe’s curls. “Calm down, Shota. It’s okay.” He looked at Hirano with a smile. “Don’t mind Shota. He isn’t a morning person.”

Hirano’s eyes were almost sparkling when he looked at the other. “So cool, Date-sama!”

Laughing softly, Miyadate waved the other off and then went back to paying attention to Watanabe, whispering something into the other’s ear, probably to calm the Watanabe’s rage.

“Aw, it’s nice of you to come and say ‘hi’. Sorry I can’t hang out today but our schedule is a bit packed.” Sakuma patted Hirano’s head. “Next time.”

“No problem at all, Sakuma-kun!” Hirano shook his head. “Alright then, I need to go! Bye!!” And with that the other breezed out again. Peace and quiet returned to the room the moment the door fell shut behind Hirano.

Abe, who had looked at the scene, then offered, “Puppy.” He looked at his groupmates. “We can adopt him as our puppy. How about it?”

“That’s how you notice that Abe-chan isn’t fully awake yet.” Fukazawa pointed out. Then he considered what the other had said for a moment. “Puppy sounds about right, though.”

“He’s kind of adorable, hyperactive, dumb and does what we tell him to because we’re the senpai. I think I can live with that.” Iwamoto mused. “Okay.”

“Okay~” Sakuma agreed as well and laughed softly.

“Whatever.” Watanabe grumbled.

Miyadate nodded. “He means yes. I say yes, too.”

Silence fell over the group until Sakuma got up again. “I’m going to get more coffee for you guys. I think you need it.”

Abe laughed softly. “Maybe it’s good that we have at least one person in our group who doesn’t need coffee to wake up in the morning.”

“There are worse things to wake up to.” Iwamoto nodded. “Definitely.”

Sakuma came back with a whole pot of coffee and a bunch of cups. “Miyata says a good way to wake people up is banging on pots and pans with a ladle.”

Watanabe sat up to accept his cup of coffee from the other and remarked with a dark expression, “If you do that, you’re so totally getting killed.”
