[Team One] Within the Sheltered Trunks of Cleyra

I was suddenly in the mood to write something Final Fnatasy inspired - I have no idea what I ended up writing ;; No, I couldn't tell you why I thought Hakyeon would make a great Burmecian ;;

Hakyeon had never met a human, having led a sheltered, peaceful life within the sturdy branches of Cleyra. He never wandered far beyond the entrance of the village — he had once, timidly running beyond the carved steps towards the top of the route the elders of the village called Cleyra's Trunk, but the sight of the swirling sandpits had terrified him — and from the topmost level of the settlement, all one could see was the beautiful blue skies above them. There was no chance of him seeing out into the world, and the sandstorm that protected Cleyra from the outside world deterred strangers from entering.

So, when the High Priest announced that visitors were coming up Cleyra's Trunk to do business with the Cleyrans, Hakyeon had eagerly watched from his bedroom window as the traders were shown around the Settlement.

And that was when he saw him.
