These three just seem like the most cuddly ebi combination, I guess. Or, hasshi and kawai do, and tottsu seems like the one who needs the cuddling the most, so it's so satisfying.

I absolutely approve of kawai and tottsu teasing hasshi just to be a jerk, and then hasshi getting Tottsu off with fluff, because yes.
