[team six] obligations

well this was....pointless orz my brain is empty

“Right this way, Mr. Lu.”

Luhan walks into the venue hosting the event of the night, the second one he’s been to this week, in fact. It’s a building he hasn’t been to for some time, having been under construction with new management. For once, he seems to be one of the earlier guests, not having to greet quite as many people as usual.

He does, however, spot a familiar figure lingering by the pizza on the buffet table.

“You learn quickly.”

Sehun spins around, plate in hand. “Hyung!”

“Didn’t think you’d be at another event,” Luhan smiles, grabbing his own plate.

“Ah, well, I have more of a reason to attend now, so…” A blush creeps up Sehun’s face as his lips curl into a shy smile.

Luhan hums, smoothing down Sehun’s shirt collar slightly with his free hand. He can’t look too excited at the mere thought of being with Sehun. “Where’s Mr. Oh?”

Sehun points his dad out, standing with other business men, champagne in hand. “Something about a new branch. I left for the food as soon as he was distracted.”

“A good tactic. Glad to have you as my apprentice.” Luhan winks before shoving an assortment of food onto his plate. He’s starving.

Sehun stays pretty much glued to Luhan’s side, and Luhan lets him without complaint, trying to evade as many people as possible. It’s bad enough for him to listen to them worry about his love life alone; Sehun definitely doesn’t need to hear that.
