as on LJ, i think it's best to refer to each other by LJ usernames. i think keeping the discussions here is fine since shiritori is still taking place here, right? like you said before, LJ will stay as the HQ for now, and if that changes in the future, we can still think of a different solution then.
as for the headers, everyone can post their own individual header, unless they deleted their LJ, in that case the captain can do it? and for the love ranger tag, i think it's best if we keep it "love ranger: LJ/ao3" for those who use different pseuds on different sites.
