[team three] confession gone wrong
I wish I wasn’t so stupidly slow with writing, but the only time I have is late at night after a whole day’s work and practically falling asleep on the phone. orz
“I've liked you for fucking ages.”
The confession comes out of Taiga’s mouth so suddenly, and so uncharacteristically crass, that they’re both stunned into silence. They stare at each other, wide-eyed, forgetting that they were in the middle of a heated discussion and forgetting what they were arguing about in the first place.
“I’d like to do that too,” Hokuto admits in a low voice. “I mean,” he falters as the implication of the words he just uttered dawn on him. A blush teases at the tips of his ears, trailing down the back of his neck as well, and he turns away to hide the full flush of embarrassment on his cheeks.
