[team four] It's all in the past
I'm a bit late, I'm sorry!
“I wonder — have you ever” Sangwoo pauses, thinks. He’s not sure of how he’s supposed to ask Jaeyoung this question. Not sure which way would be the best, that would give him the answers he wants.
“Been with a man?” Jaeyoung finishes before Sangwoo’s brain is done analyzing. Jaeyoung’s eyes are lucid as he looks at Sangwoo. Sangwoo squirms, nods.
“Yes,” Jaeyoung answers, just as Sangwoo had expected him to. He did after all know-
“But you knew that,” Jaeyoung continues, leaning his back against Sangwoo’s bedroom wall, legs folded. He looks utterly and totally relaxed, much unlike Sangwoo who cannot sit still and is changing positions non-stop. Sangwoo isn’t sure if Jaeyoung expects him to answer. He licks his lips. They’re dry.
“Yuna did tell you.”
It’s not a question. It’s more of a statement, but Jaeyoung seems somewhat curious. So Yuna did tell him that Sangwoo had been asking about that but maybe she hadn’t specified the exact topics that she had covered for Sangwoo.
“Terry.” The name slips out of Sangwoo’s mouth before Sangwoo can think twice about it. His heart worked way faster than his brain, and before Sangwoo really had managed to think it through, the name was out there, hanging in the air between them,
The corners of Jaeyoung’s lips curl as if he’s going to smile, but it doesn’t happen. Jaeyoung blinks slowly, closing his eyes for a short amount of time before he opens them, his gaze fixed on Sangwoo. It’s intense like his gaze often is, but it’s still friendly — there’s still love and adoration in the same amount as Sangwoo has gotten used to being on the receiving end of these past few months.
alchemicink, you're up! These are your words: There’s still love and adoration in the same amount as Sangwoo has gotten used to being on the receiving end of these past few months. . Happy writing! ^^
