“A dinosaur stampeding through this place would be quieter than you two!” leopard ears twitching and tail swishing in annoyance, Fujigaya stepped into the common room.
Senga and Nikaido stopped their play-fight, white and golden tiger striped ears drooping in apology.
“We’re sorry, Taipi,” Senga made cute kitty eyes at the other.
“As if I’d believe you,” Fujigaya sighed and his tail stopped to swish in irritation.
Yokoo poked his head into the room, “Am I late to the party?”
“Not really, Watta,” Fujigaya sighed. “Our idiot duo was just being loud again.”
“Not loud enough to wake up Kitayama though?” Yokoo stepped into the room and nodded his head towards the sofa, where Kitayama was rolled up and sleeping while being warmed by the sun. “Just between us but I think his Cat-DNA is the most prominent.”
Fujigaya snorted softly.
“I heard that,” Kitayama commented and one of his sand-colored ears twitched. He kept his eyes closed though and didn’t change his position.
“Where are Tamamori and Miyata?” Yokoo asked then, looking around for the two missing members of their little group.
Senga smiled, “I think Miyacchi said he was going to bathe with Tama-chan.”
Nikaido added, “Probably with his tongue.”
“Uhm, did we really need to know that?” Fujigaya scrunched up his nose.
Yokoo whacked Nikaido over the head, feline eyes narrowing slightly. “Nikaido.”
“Ow! Watta!” Nikaido pouted and then pounced the taller male, causing Yokoo to topple over.
Senga, feeling left out, pounced onto the two. “Hey, I want to play, too!”
Fujigaya huffed as he watched the three roll around. “Whatever happened to peace and quiet around here, huh?”
Kitayama, who had finally risen from his spot on the sofa, strolled over to Fujigaya, cat-like grace unaffected by his sleepy expression, “They’ve been subjected to evanescence.”
