[Team 2] Beach Sunset
I wanted to write something about these pictures here, but it didn't came out as I expected. The fact that the water in the pictures looks more like a river instead of the sea is irrelevant u_u
Behind Miyata the waves were curling making a gentle sound as the day was about to end and the sun was slowly sinking in the sea.
Tamamori stared for a moment at Miyata’s figure in yukata against the sunset; his shadow was a long streak on the sand and looked like a path leading to him so Tamamori felt the urge to get closer instead of just calling him from afar.
“What are you doing still here? We can get changed and go away. The staff is loading the equipments in the cars already.”
“Don’t you think that the sunset after a workday is more beautiful? It feels like a reward.”
“What? Come on, I want to go home and...”
“But after all my reward is right here and I had it all day long.” Miyata suddenly grabbed Tamamori’s hand and pulled him to his side, “it was fun today, wasn’t it?”
“It would have been better if it were an actual date, not just work.” Tamamori replied trying to sound tired and annoyed, but his voice came out softer than he had expected.
When Miyata reached for his waist to pull him even closer Tamamori didn’t protest. Miyata’s fingers were warm against the yukata’s light fabric and Tamamori looked down, smiling embarrassed.
“They can see us.”
“I don’t care. Do you?”
“I don’t.” Tamamori said after a brief pause. He placed his arm on Miyata’s shoulders and tilted his head till it touched Miyata's hair.
“I wish work was always enjoyable like today.” Miyata said.
“Let’s go home together, shall we?” Tamamori asked without thinking. He was too focused trying to fix in his memory the sight of Miyata in the sunset.

Moreover:
his shadow was a long streak on the sand and looked like a path leading to him
this sentence is really really really good. I'm not good at explaining in English but it just, idk, conveys everything.
Bù pe te :( ♥♥♥♥♥♥

I'm really glad you like that sentence, I wasn't really sure the meaning would come through.
Please, don't punch me ♥
