Roll This Way - Nikaido/Yokoo, PG (162w)
God, I fail. This is so short. Muses have clearly not returned. But I used a two-word sequence from Kira's in addition to the required end-start bit. ;)
“There was no difference at all,” Nikaido insists once Yokoo is finished demonstrating the move again. “I did the same exact thing!”
“You didn’t,” Yokoo says. “Your arm and leg should be opposite after you step forward.”
“They were!” Nikaido huffs, frustrated.
“Do it again.”
“Ugh, Wattaaaaa...”
“Again,” Yokoo commands.
Nikaido sighs, but rolls his feet back to the correct positions for the start of the sequence.
“One and two and three and— there!” Yokoo says, pointing. “Right there.”
Nikaido eyes him from where he’s frozen in place as best as possible on wheels. “And just which part of this is wrong?”
“Here,” Yokoo says, coming close enough to manhandle Nikaido into the right position, or try to. “Your arm should be— mmph! Nika!” Yokoo splutters and glances around frantically while Nikaido laughs quietly. “Nika! Someone could have seen that!” Yokoo scolds under his breath.
“But no one did,” Nikaido breathes back, eyes sparkling with promised mischief. “If it makes you feel better, I can save it for later.”
