He thinks this must be it. He knew a vampire's life was dangerous, but Shige didn't think he'd end up dead again only four days after Yuma turned him. "I didn't know you're a vampire," he says, Akito's blood dripping from his fangs.

Junta smiles, and Shige wonders how he never really noticed his fangs before. "Since before you were born," Junta replies, holding out his hand to Akito. Akito steps into Junta's arms, tilts his head to let Junta inspect the marks Shige's fangs left.

"I didn't know," Shige rushes to explain, "I didn't mean to poach."

Junta's eyes are dark, dark as night, dark as the sky on a new moon, but his voice sounds amused. "Didn't your maker teach you?"

Shige grins sheepishly. "He didn't mean to turn me... Yuma's still a bit excitable."

A bark of laughter from Akito. "He's not the only one who's a bit excitable." Akito nudges Junta. "Ne, Junta, does my neck look bad? I don't want to get a scar because our cute little baby vampire doesn't know how to play nice yet."

"You'll be fine," Junta reassures him. "The punctures are only a bit ragged, no tearing at all."

"So you're not going to kill me for snacking on your boyfriend?" Shige asks, his easy nature reasserting itself.

"Akito likes to play." Junta replies, petting Akito's head.

"It'll be fun to teach you," Akito tells Shige as he leans into the touch. "One way or another, most of what a vampire needs to know involves sex."
