TO BE A GOOD MOD~♪

(Someone remind me again why anyone thought it was a good idea to let me be mod?)

Anyway~!

We are now half-way done with the summer (I know I'm 10923847% done with this heat and humidity business we have going on in Taiwan OTL) and I've seen an upward trend in skipping and forgetting to skip turns in each of the teams!!! ((((；゜Д゜))) Of course, I know that because it's the summer holidays for most of us and we've all got stuff going on so it's inevitible, but it's still very sad to see this community lag a little 。：゜(；´∩｀；)゜：。

Because of this, I was wondering if you guys thinks it's time for a little shake-up, or if we should try to push through this rough patch for a little longer... 《ﾟДﾟ》 Everyone please tell me what you think~ (o・・o)/

Also, I was thinking of re-implementing the team leaders system~ Would it be better to start that now, or shall we wait for whenever we get a new line-up to start that again? (⊙△⊙✿)

Edit: Joji is a shitty mod and forgot to say that arashijun has offered to help keep an extra eye on Shiritori for the time being~ (Both eyes, as often as she can spare them.) （*＾3＾）/～☆

Please reshuffle the teams! Since almost everyone in my team skipped, it took ages, so when it finally was my turn I didn't even notice *facepalms* the last two days I was actually waiting for you to skip the person before me and didn't notice it was already my turn *laughs*

My gomens ;u; Failbot!mod was also busy and away u_u whispers is there a quick way to contact you? That way I can alert you if there is ever a fear that your time will run out...

I've even set lj alerts up to inform me when my name is mentioned, but half the time it just... doesn't *laughs* Email? orangegreenlove@googlemail.com or if you tell eri or mariko on twitter, they'll probably pass it on.

I like my team members tbh but if a shuffle is necessary then so be it. I think the team leaders would be a good idea, otherwise everybody agreeing to keep an eye on things would be good too - like, if the leader is busy, at least the person who is SUPPOSED to go next could feel comfortable with contacting the person before them like 'hey are you planning to post or do you need to skip?' or something. I know not everybody necessarily feels super confident doing that, but it's also an idea.

That's supposed to be the current system but no-one uses it :C ... Or at least that's what I've been doing since even before mod-dom? :X

But either team leaders or a right hand person would be the way to go for the time being u_u

I... honestly don't think anybody knew that was the current system tbh? I certainly didn't, I just poked people because I have no boundaries. But I always saw other people asking mods to poke others, so assumed that's how things were supposed to be :x

I don't mind a reshuffle or staying with the teams which probably doesn't help you very much. >_<

But I like the re-implementing of team leaders idea, and I think it might be good to start ASAP? Back when I first joined Shiritori, I remember the person after took their turn if more than 3 days had passed for the previous person's turn... when did that stop happening? :o But anyway, team leaders would help keep things moving along! \o/

i agree with team leaders and keeping the current teams, assuming no one wants to drop out. i volunteer to be team 3 leader if no one else minds.
