I would tell you what I was thinking about when I wrote this, but I actually have no idea...
The trees rustle as she passes by, leaves trembling with excitement; they know that they are in for a treat now that she has arrived.
In the middle of the clearing, she bows to them, bending low, humbled by their majestic bodies rising high above her. It is to them that she dedicates her dances with the knowledge that no-one enjoys it more than they do: they are the ones who always applaud in appreciation.
Next, she sweeps low to run her fingers through the soft carpet of grass beneath her feet, murmuring quiet words of thanks. It is they that she is most grateful for, for providing her with the stage she had only dreamt of: they are the ones who best showcases the long lines she makes with her fingers and toes.
