[Team Four] Untilted
Sorry I'm late! But I finally made it :) This is yet again a continuation of the chanlix I've been posting haha.
Chan/Felix (Stray Kids), PG, 1.2k
“You traitor,” Chan huffs, but he’s looking down at his chest instead of at Felix. Tilting his head to the side in slight confusion, Felix blinks at his boyfriend. He gets his answer not long after when Chan sighs and pokes his chest, right over where his heart is. “Stop being so weak, I wanted cake.”
It takes a few seconds, but Felix eventually realizes what Chan’s talking about and bursts into loud, unrestrained laughter.
“Oh my God,” Felix wheezes, bending over as he clutches his aching stomach. Chan is so ridiculously cute, Felix honestly can’t handle it.
When his laughter eventually dies down, Felix straightens out, wiping his tears with a smile, only to falter when he looks up and sees Chan staring at him with a small smile. Felix’s heart trips over itself and takes off in a run at the sight and he knows Chan’s heard it by the way his smile widens slightly.
“What’s so funny?” Chan asks, his voice sweet and light like cotton candy. If Felix physically could, he would melt into a puddle right this second.
“Nothing,” Felix answers, but he can tell that Chan isn’t buying it, especially because he can feel a blush quickly heating up his cheeks. And if he can feel it, then Chan can definitely see it.
Reaching a hand out, Chan cups Felix’s cheek with a delicate hand and thumbs over the soft skin there, right over where Felix knows a cluster of his freckles are. Felix leans into it and barely resists the urge to nuzzle into Chan’s palm like a cat.
“Beautiful.”
Felix’s blush increases eight-fold and he averts his gaze. Chan isn’t having it, though, clucking his tongue and tapping Felix’s cheek.
“Don’t hide, love,” Chan murmurs.
“Chan,” Felix breathes out. He doesn’t know where he was going with that sentence, so he lets it linger in the air, blinking at Chan with his heart threatening to beat right out of his chest.
“Felix,” Chan replies, just as softly. Felix’s eyes flutter shut in anticipation for what he really hopes is coming, but after a few seconds pass and nothing happens, Felix frowns.
Chan’s still smiling at him, but if Felix looks hard enough, he can see the new, teasing edge to it.
“Do you want to watch a movie? With me?”
Felix blinks as his brain reboots. Chan asking to spend time with Felix isn’t unusual, but he was really hoping Chan would kiss him right then. He could kiss Chan himself, but Chan promised him kisses and Felix’s stubborn enough to wait it out.
That doesn’t mean he won’t do some teasing of his own first, though.
With a sweet smile, Felix asks, “Like a date?”
Chan’s ears are bright red as he says, “Yeah.”
Giddiness rises up like a balloon in Felix’s chest. It’s been a while since he and Chan have been on a date. It doesn’t matter that they’re just going to be in the house, Chan could ask him to go for a walk in the woods and Felix would be over the moon. As long as Felix is with Chan, it’s magical.
“Okay!” Leaning up on his toes, Felix presses a chaste kiss to Chan’s cheek before stepping back a few steps. Chan frowns at him, but all Felix does is laugh and say, “You set up the movie and I’ll be right back. Don’t eat the cake, though!”
Before Chan can respond, Felix skips out of the kitchen towards Chan’s room. He picks up the soft sound of Chan’s laughter before he rounds the corner and smiles. Felix may be beyond gone for Chan, but Chan’s equally as gone for him.
Felix scurries to Chan’s room quickly, not wanting to waste time alone when he could be spending it snuggled up in Chan’s arms instead.
He finds what he’s looking for immediately upon entering Chan’s room and smiles when he snatches the black fleece blanket off of Chan’s bed. Chan doesn’t get very cold easily, but he (and the rest of the boys) love this blanket because of how warm and soft it is. Felix has a sneaking suspicion some of the others like it because it smells like Chan, too, but he only knows that due to the fact that he’s one of them.
When Felix returns, the cake is still untouched and Chan’s sitting in the corner of the couch with his arm resting around the back. The home screen for Netflix is up on the flat screen, Chan flicking through the titles with slightly pursed lips. Felix can’t help but laugh softly to himself.
Chan curls his arm around Felix’s shoulder when he slips into the spot next to him, their thighs touching. Felix hums, pleased, as he arranges the blanket over their laps and settles back against the couch when he’s satisfied. The cursor has been on the same movie for the past few seconds, a recent movie that Felix has been talking about wanting to watch. Chan isn’t clicking on it, though.
“Chan?” Felix wonders as he peers up at Chan.
Chan’s looks at him in amusement, his eyes flickering down to the blanket around the laps and then up to Felix’s eyes.
“What?” Felix pouts.
Chuckling, Chan runs his hand through the hair tickling the base of his neck. Felix has been growing his hair out for a few months now. Everyone seems to love it, Hyunjin showing his love with kisses, Chan with fingers carding through his hair, Jisung with soft coos and pinches to Felix’s cheek, Jeongin with compliments, and more. It all makes Felix feel so warm, so loved.
“What’s with the blanket, love? Are you cold?”
“Not really,” Felix responds. To be fair, it has gotten a bit colder lately and their human forms are far less resilient to cold than their wolf forms. Or at least that’s the case with Felix - Chan’s a living, breathing space heater with how warm he is all the time. Chan could easily provide Felix with enough warmth from cuddling alone, but the addition of the blanket makes everything much better.
Safe, his wolf nearly purrs as Felix leans his head against Chan’s shoulder, Chan’s scent surrounding him from all angles.
“Ah,” Chan says, likely having figured it out. Felix snuggles closer in response, his wolf rumbling happily when Chan pulls him in against his body until Felix is practically on his lap. “Okay, love.”
“Love you,” Felix says, his heart skipping a beat slightly. No matter how many times he says it, he doesn’t think he’ll ever get used to how happy it makes him.
“Love you, too,” Chan whispers. A soft kiss to Felix’s temple follows, causing Felix to smile, surrounded by nothing but warmth and happiness.
(And later, during the second movie they decided to watch, Chan pulls Felix into his lap, kissing him over and over and over again until all Felix knows is Chan’s body under his and Chan’s lips against his.
“Happy?” Chan breathes out when they finally break for air.
“I don’t know,” Felix says cheekily. “Maybe I’ll know for sure if you kiss me some more.”
Chan rolls his eyes, but Felix can tell it’s fond.
“You need to stop hanging out with Minho, he’s a bad influence on you.”
Despite his words, though, he closes the distance between them once again, Felix melting into the kiss.)
You're up next,
damagea!
