Sorry this took a while!
"Get used to it!"
Seokjin hears the heavy slam of the door, then the thundering feet of Yoongi running down the stairs of the building. The stairs' made of old wood; something Seokjin has continuously warned Yoongi to replace or else they'll have an accident one of these days.
Alas, today is not that day.
"Stubborn little shit," Seokjin mutters to himself. Sure,Yoongi's angry. He's angry too, but what is he supposed to do? It's not like he wants to go to Switzerland on their anniversary. He can't really go tell his boss "Sorry boss, but you're on your own." now, can he?
He heaves a sigh and grabs a handful of hair in frustration. Everything's on the floor. For a grown man, Yoongi can throw a really mean tantrum when he wants to. The throw pillows are on the floor, some of his business shirts are even dangling on the edge of the bed. Seokjin tries to collect himself before beginning to clean up.
"We're not going to cry, Kim Seokjin. Get your shit together." Seokjin tells himself despite the tears already welling up in his eyes. He looks up in a futile attempt to make his tears go back inside his eyes, fanning it even with his hands. "Stupid Min Yoongi and his childish tantrums!"
He's done cleaning up by the time Yoongi comes back. Seokjin's in their bedroom, but he knows the sound of Yoongi's footsteps from the back of his brain. Fuck, he's not ready to face Yoongi just yet.
Seokjin's tired. He's always doing overtime; even working during lunch. Sure, his boss doesn't shout at him, but he has a tendency to be a slave driver. The only times Seokjin really gets to relax is in the 3 to 4 hours of sleep he gets before he goes to and from work and does chores at home.
The last thing Seokjin needs right now is his husband telling him what a pathetic loser he is for putting up with his slave driver of a boss.
Seokjin releases a deep sigh and decides to hide in the bathroom. It's not going to stop Yoongi if he really wants to give Seokjin a piece of his mind, but at least Seokjin can borrow some time.
