just something short and random to prove that i can still put words together...
sehun/kyungsoo + some baekhyun & chanyeol, G, 305 words
“Goodbyes are so hard,” Sehun sighs deeply and, if possible, snuggles even closer to Kyungsoo on the couch.
“I know,” Kyungsoo agrees and laces their fingers together. “But it’ll be fine. You’ll be fine.”
“I don’t know if I will... What will I do without you? I’ll miss you so much.”
“I’ll miss you too, but c’mon,” Kyungsoo chuckles. “We can text and call and facetime each other.”
“Yeah but it won’t be the same,” Sehun pouts.
Kyungsoo is just thinking of kissing the pout away, when they hear a door opening and determined steps. They look up and see Baekhyun, Kyungsoo’s roommate, entering the living room, their friend Chanyeol in tow.
“Okay, not to be rude but are you quite done yet?” Baekhyun asks, looking at them pointedly.
“No!” Sehun says immediately.
“You’ve been saying goodbye for like an hour already. At least move over so me and Chanyeol can play.”
“We’ll take as long as we need,” Sehun argues. “I won’t see him in forever and–”
“Sehun, he’ll be gone for a month,” Chanyeol deadpans.
“Which is basically forever–”
“Okay, enough, I want to play!” Baekhyun dashes towards the couch and makes a gesture of hopping on them, forcing Sehun and Kyungsoo to jump apart. Seeing this, Baekhyun drops himself down in between them, grinning victoriously.
“Go be love birds somewhere else,” he tells them. “Now it’s PUGB time!”
Sehun glares at Baekhyun and Chanyeol, but Kyungsoo pulls him up and towards the hallway.
“I think they’re right,” he says. “I still need to finish packing and sleep early so...”
“Alright,” Sehun mutters, accepting defeat and letting Kyungsoo peck him quickly on the lips. He’s still glowering towards the living room where the two are now happily and noisily starting their game.
“Cruel people,” he says.
Kyungsoo smiles. “They’re just single.”
